Hello! I'm Ashley Craft (she/her), founder of Crafted Communications.

With more than 10 years of experience turning complex ideas into engaging content, I help agricultural-focused companies, higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations build visibility, deepen audience connections and drive impact. In short, I make content people love and get it to them where they want it.   ​

 

In my previous role, I collaborated closely with the digital, creative (graphics), content, social media and public relations teams at Woodruff, ensuring seamless integration and maximum results across multiple channels. I additionally led their diversity, equity and inclusivity committee, Coffee and Conversations, to educate our team on vital DEI topics that impact marketing, our work environment and our communities. Creating an inclusive and equitable environment for others is important to me in my personal and professional life.  

 

Beyond the hustle and bustle of crafting content and shaping strategies, I am also passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of communicators. I have a master's degree in agricultural education, communications and leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which allows me to teach college students the ins and outs of this vital industry.  ​
